Refund Policy

Donations
All charitable contributions made through our website are considered voluntary and non-refundable. If a donation is made in error, please contact our office within 30 days of the transaction. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Membership Dues
Membership dues are generally non-refundable once payment has been processed. Requests for exceptions due to duplicate charges or billing errors should be submitted within 30 days of the transaction.

Event Registrations
Refunds for event registrations are subject to the cancellation policy established for each event. Unless otherwise stated in event materials:
• Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the event may receive a full refund.
• Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the event may not be eligible for a refund due to expenses already incurred.
• Substitutions may be permitted when appropriate.

Duplicate Charges or Payment Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error or have submitted multiple payments unintentionally, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
